Order Processing Time

Please note we require 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible! Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your region. Please also consider public holidays that may affect shipping.

How Shipping Costs Are Calculated

Due to the heavy and oversized nature of our handcrafted furniture, shipping costs are calculated individually for each item. The shipping rates you see at checkout are automatically calculated for single-item purchases.

IMPORTANT: For Orders with Multiple Items

If you wish to purchase more than one item in a single order, our standard checkout rates may not apply. To ensure you receive the most accurate and cost-effective shipping quote, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will provide you with a custom invoice for your specific combination of items.

This allows us to find the best possible freight solution for you and prevents any potential shipping delays.

Our Shipping Philosophy

At WolvesT, we celebrate discovery and global creativity. We work with small vendors and artisans from around the world, and some products may ship directly from our overseas partners. As a result, delivery times may vary. All shipping timelines are guidelines only — exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items right away and send the rest as soon as they're in stock. So if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on the way!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking info to become available. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at checkout. Our team works quickly, so there's a small window to fix any mistakes. Please reach out to us ASAP if you believe you’ve entered an incorrect address.
