🛍️ Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process a refund.
📦 Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@wolvestime to initiate a return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return address.
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
⏳ Refund Timeline
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Perishable or custom-made products (if applicable)
- Any item not in original condition, or returned beyond the 5 days window
💡 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.
